Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, project message, scorecard answers and score, or purchase email address.

The website and hosting environment may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser, page requested and timestamps for security, rate limiting and server logs. Optional Google Analytics only loads after you choose to allow analytics.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
• To manage project conversations, customer records and follow-up where we have a legitimate business interest in doing so.
• To send a Brand Clarity Scorecard result and relevant brand insights when you have given consent.
• To process and verify a digital product purchase, deliver the product and keep required transaction records.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery failures.
• To understand website use through Google Analytics when you have allowed analytics.

Lawful bases

Depending on what you ask us to do, we rely on steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running and protecting the business, consent for optional analytics or marketing, and legal obligations such as accounting and tax records.

Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal.

Who receives information

Enquiry and scorecard information is processed through Brevo for email delivery and HubSpot for customer relationship management. Google provides optional website analytics. Stripe processes digital product payments. Our hosting and technical suppliers may process limited information needed to operate and secure the website.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to establish or defend legal rights, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

International processing

Some suppliers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data protection law restricts a transfer, we require an applicable adequacy arrangement or another recognised safeguard through the supplier's data protection terms.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, an active client or prospect relationship, security and dispute handling, or legal and accounting obligations. We review records periodically and delete or anonymise them when there is no continuing purpose or legal need.

You may ask us to delete information sooner. We will do so unless we need to keep it for a lawful reason.

Cookies and local storage

The site stores your analytics choice in your browser so it can respect the decision on future visits. If you allow analytics, Google Analytics may set or read identifiers used to measure visits and page use. If you choose essential only, Google Analytics does not load from this website.

You can change the choice using the button below. You can also clear site data in your browser. Essential security and server functions do not depend on the analytics choice.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information, object to processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent. Contact hello@ayudaagency.com to make a request.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are concerned about how your information has been handled.
